Entry Forms: All entries will be done on Milestat. Entries must be completed by 11:00 am Monday, May 22, 2023. After this, entries will be closed.

Regional Qualifiers: A schools entry list must show those participants who place first, second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth in a district meet or those who are certified by the district director as having met regional or state standards in a sanctioned meet involving four or more schools.  A schools entry list must also show those relay teams that place first, second or third in a district meet or who are certified as having met state standards in the district meet, or who are certified by the district director as having met state standards in a sanctioned meet involving four or more schools.

Awards:

• Trophy for Champion and Runner-Up Teams

• 8 Medals - First 8 places in each individual event, First two places in relay events

• Coach of the Year to the Region D Championship Team

State Qualifiers: Those participants that placed first, second, third, and fourth in the regional meet or who were certified by the regional or district meet director as having met the qualifying times, heights, and distances for the state meet during a district or regional meet or a sanctioned meet involving 10 or more teams which is verified by the meet director.

Time Schedule:

9:00 AM - Coaches Meeting

9:30 AM - Start Meet

10:45 AM - Girls 4X800 relay followed by the boys 4X800 relay

All other running events will begin after the field events conclude.
