Additional Information: The meet will be contested on April 19, 2025 and run by Certified Officials, all athletes must compete for a high school team. No club teams, AAU teams, unattched athletes or home school athletes permitted.
Location: William Fleming High School, 3649 Ferncliff Ave. NW, Roanoke, VA 24017
Time: 9:00am / Coaches Meeting: 8:30am Admission: $5.00
Teams: 1st 25 Boys Teams and 25 Girls Teams will be entered (Teams are entered upon receipt of entry check)
All other teams/additions will be discussed by meet management
Sanctioning: This meet is sanctioned by VHSL and National Federation Rules
Entry Fee: $150 for one team (5 or more athletes)
$200 per school (Boys and Girls)
Individuals: $25 per athlete (4 or less athletes) or $45 per relay

Entries: one relay per event per school and two individual entries per school per event. VHSL rules regarding event limitations will apply.
Entries: to submit log on www.milestat.com and will close 4/14/25 @ 11:59 PM. Seeding: All running events will be run as TIMED FINALS fast to slow. No Finals in FIELD EVENTS, 4 jumps and 4 throws with top 6 places scoring. Please be as accurate as possible with your entry marks. Field event seed will be from least to greatest.

Long/Triple Jump: Each jumper will have four (4) attempts / jumps, no finals. Top six (6) marks will place.
High Jump: The five-alive format will be followed. Please consult the VHSL official's handbook for information.
Starting heights will be: Girls 4'4" Boys 5'4"
Throws: Each thrower will have four (4) attempts / throws, no finals. Top six (6) marks will place - weigh-in will begin at 8:15 AM.
Pole-Vault: There will be pole vault inspection at 8:15. Any poles found to be illegal or not the correct weight will be impounded. NO EXCEPTIONS! ABSOLUTELY NO TAPPING DURING PRATICE! VAULTERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED. Please consult the VHSL rule book for further details. Starting heights will be: Girls 6'0" Boys 8'0"
Spikes: Spikes longer than 1/4 inch will NOT be allowed on the track. Pyramid spikes only, no Christmas trees. Immediate disqualification will result if longer spikes are used. Coaches please help with this.
Scoring: Scoring will be 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 - 1
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the first, and second place overall teams in Boys/Girls Divisions
Medals will be given to the top 3 individuals per event and to the top 3 relay teams
Concessions: There will be a full concession stand for all students, athletes, parents, coaches and spectators.
