Schools: Schools to enter must be in the Southwest District. Graham High School, Lebanon High School, Marion Senior High School, Richlands High School, Tazewell High School, and Virginia High School.
Entry Forms: Please submit all entries on Milesplit by Monday, October 23rd at 12 noon https://va.milesplit.com/
Entries: Entries are 9th-12th.
Parking:
1. Parking for spectators will be at the top of the dam in the field across from the Park Headquarters (the white house). Also spectators may come up Battle Hill Drive and take a left at the baseball field. This gravel road leads you to the field across from the white house. Please let your spectators know this.
2. Buses will be unloading athletes on Resting Tree Drive. Buses will park along Resting Tree Drive. We will not be unloading athletes at the top of the hill like in the past. This has become too dangerous and also holds up traffic coming up the hill.

Scoring/Uniforms: NFHS Rules Book for scoring and uniforms will be followed.
Course Information: This years meet will be electronically scored and timed. The course will be on a grass surface with multiple inclines. Coaches packets can be picked up at scores tent. Spikes are permissible.
Trophy/Awards: Championship and Runner-Up Trophies will be presented at the conclusion of each race. Top 7 runners based on time will be considered All-District.
Region Qualifiers: Top 3 teams and top 10 individuals that are not on one of the top 3 teams will advance to the Region 2D Meet on November 1st at Sugar Hollow Park.
Directions:
From Interstate 81 North: Take Exit 7 and turn left at red light at bottom of the ramp. Take right at second red light on top of hill (Lee Highway). Follow for about a mile. Sugar Hollow Park will be on left. Course starting area will be at top of Dam to the left towards the pine trees.
From Interstate 81 South: Take Exit 7 and turn right at red light at the bottom of the ramp. Turn right at next red light at top of hill (Lee Highway). Follow for about a mile. Sugar Hollow Park will be on left. Course starting area will be at top of Dam to the left towards the pine trees.
