2023 Cross Country District Meet Program & Records

Times:Boys - 12:00pm / Girls - 1:00pm
Awards:Plaque and 15 patches for the winning team (boys and girls) / Medals awarded for top 3 finishers.

Entry&Deadline:Entries must be received NLT Sunday, October 23rd, 2023 by 9:00 pm.Each team may enter and race 10 runners.Top seven runners score.

Championship: The winner of the Liberty District Cross-Country Meet is declared the Liberty District Champion (Boys & Girls).
Regiona lQualifying:The top 4 teams and top 15 individuals (inclusive of qualifying teams) from each race will qualify for the Norther Region 6D Championship Meet on Thursday, Nov. 3rd @ Burke LakePark - Boys 12:00 / Girls 1:00
Numbers:All participants must wear bib numbers. Race packets may be picked up from the meet director at the scorer's table prior to the race.
Finish:Chips will be attached to runner's shoes.Chips must be returned at the end of the race.
Coaches Meeting:Participating team coaches will meet with the tournament director at 11:00 am near the starting line/scorer's table.
Course:2.98
miles with a variety of surfaces including dirt trails, grass and pavement
Awards:Presentation of awards will take place at the end of the girls' race and as soon as the official meet results are available.
Locker&Restrooms:There will be no locker facilities available. Restrooms are located at the marina, one-half mile from the starting line. Teams are responsible for clean-up of their own warm-up areas in the park. Everyone must stay off of the fence and outside of the golf course area.
