Entries: Teams are allowed to enter a maximum of 10 runners only 7 may start . Bib and Chips for alternates will be place in Team packet in case they are needed .
Schools: Schools to enter must be in the 2A Region D. Graham High School, Lebanon High School, Marion Senior High School, Richlands High School, Tazewell High School, Virginia High School, John Battle High School, Lee High School, Gate City High School, Ridgeview High School, Wise Central High School, and Union High School.
Entry Forms: Please submit all entries on Milestat by Monday, October 30th at 12 noon. https://va.milesplit.com/
Parking:
1. Parking for spectators will be at the top of the dam in the field across from the Park Headquarters (the white house). Also spectators may come up Battle Hill Drive and take a left at the baseball field. This gravel road leads you to the field across from the white house. Please let your spectators know this.
2. Buses will be unloading athletes on Resting Tree Drive. Buses will park along Resting Tree Drive. We will not be unloading athletes at the top of the hill like in the past. This has become too dangerous and also holds up traffic coming up the hill.

Scoring/Uniforms: NFHS Rules Book for scoring and uniforms will be followed.
Trophy/Awards: Trophies and medals for the Champion Team. Trophy for the Runner Up Team. Medals will be presented to the top 15 finishers.
State Qualifiers: Top 3 teams and top 5 individuals that are not on one of the top 3 teams will advance to the VHSL Class 2 Meet on November 11th at Green Hill Park, Salem, VA.
State entry form: The paper copy will be in each packet and should be turned in before leaving the course. Each coach will also need to register every qualifying runner online at milestat.com. The paper copies will be sent to the State director as a means of checking online entries.
Directions:
From Interstate 81 North: Take Exit 7 and turn left at red light at bottom of the ramp. Take right at second red light on top of hill (Lee Highway). Follow for about a mile. Sugar Hollow Park will be on left. Course starting area will be at top of Dam to the left towards the pine trees.
From Interstate 81 South: Take Exit 7 and turn right at red light at the bottom of the ramp. Turn right at next red light at top of hill (Lee Highway). Follow for about a mile. Sugar Hollow Park will be on left. Course starting area will be at top of Dam to the left towards the pine trees.
