ADMISSION: General Admission - $7.00
EVENT LIMIT: Schools are limited to a total of 3 entries per event.
ENTRY FEES:$200.00 per team (boys and girls teams are considered separate teams),
$400 for both, (boys and girls teams paid at the same time and by April 30, 2024)
or $25.00 per individual if less than a team. Entries are not accepted until the entry fee is paid.

STARTING HIGHTS:
High Jump: Boys* 5'6" raised 2" thereafter;
Pole Vault: Boys* 8'9" raised 6" thereafter
Girls * 7'3" raised 6" thereafter
Field Event minimum marks: Only marks above the listed minimum mark will be measured after the first throw or jump.

#### NOTE: Lane races will be drawn after athletes check in with the CLERK.
Athletes who fail to check in by the final call will not be assigned lanes and therefore they will not be permitted to race.
TRACK:400 Meter Synthetic Surface - flats or up to 3/8" spikes may be worn. No other types of spikes may be used. Races from the 400 Meter Dash and below will be run in lanes. Pole vault, long, triple and high jumps have synthetic surface runways. Port-A-Pit will be used for pole vault and high jump. Shot and discus are thrown from concrete circles.
RULES: 2022 VHSL and National Federation rules are in effect for the meet.
NOTE: Your states may have additional or stricter rules that require your compliance.
VIRGINIA VHSL event limit rule: In one meet a contestant may compete in any number of field events but will
INDIVIDUAL be limited to participation in only three running events, except that a contestant who competes in the 3200
PARTICIPATION: 3200 meter runners may compete in only one other running event on the same day that the 3200 meter event is run.

Heat and lane assignments will be issued after athlete check-in.
Athletes must check-in with the clerk of the course at the West end of the track before the final call for their event. Lanes will be drawn after the final call for each unseeded event.
10-minute rule for field events: Athletes scheduled in both a running event and a field event at the same time must check out from the field event and report to their running event before the last call for that running event. Athletes will have 10 minutes to return to the field event and check-in with the head official. If the athlete does not return within the 10 minutes and check in with the head event judge will risk being charged with an unsuccessful attempt or a pass at a height. Field events will not delay for a running event.
Athlete Check In (running events):Athletes are to check in with the clerk before the last call for the event. Athletes who check in after the final call risk not racing.
Athlete Check In (field events):Athletes are to check in with the head field event judge at the event venue (event site) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Athletes, who do not check in before the final call for the event, will be scratched from that event.
