Online Registration Instructions
Please make check payable to DSF Track and Field all payments will be due by the start of the meet. There is a $175 fee for all teams that will be participating.
5:00 PM - GIRLS DISCUS (FOLLOWED BY SHOT PUT), BOYS SHOT PUT (FOLLOWED BY DISCUS), GIRLS HIGH JUMP (FOLLOWED BY BOYS HIGH JUMP), GIRLS LONG JUMP (FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP), BOYS LONG JUMP (FOLLOWED BY TRIPLE JUMP) ALL RACES GO GIRLS THEN BOYS (With the exception of the mixed relays)
5:30 PM - 100m Hurdles
5:40 PM - 110 Hurdles
5:45 PM - 100 Dash
6:00 PM - 1600m
6:30 PM - 4x100 Relay
6:35 PM - 4x100 Thrower relay
6:40PM - 400 Dash
7:00 PM - 300 Hurdles
7:15 PM - 800
7:40 PM - 200
8:00 PM - 4x4 Relay
(This will be followed by a fun "run what you brung" kind of relay. Relay teams are allowed to run with anything but A baton)
ENTRY LIMITS: 6 per sprint event. 8 for 800m and 1600m. 5 for field events. Relays will be 3 teams per school.
This is Senior night for our program, all seniors will be recognized ahead of the meet starting.
The times listed are approximate. The meet will be on a rolling schedule so please be sure your team is on time and listening for race calls. All athletes need to be checked no later than the second call. In order to maintain an efficient meet, we will not wait for athletes at the start line.
