Capital District: Atlee boys & Lee-Davis girls build momentum into regionals, Golden wins 5 events

The Atlee boys and Lee-Davis girls were the top teams in the Capital District Championships and both will certainly considered strong favorites to win Central Region titles next weekend when they return back to the Arthur Ashe Center next weekend. Lee-Davis junior Montasia Golden had a dominant meet in winning five individual events and also running on the first place 4x200. Marcus Atkinson led the Atlee Raiders with victories in the long jump, 500 meter dash, and runner-up finish in the high jump.
