IF THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE PLEASE ASK FOR CLARIFICATION! *Regional standards for each event are listed below.

X. ENTRY FORMS: OFFICIAL REGIONAL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE VIA THE MILESTAT ENTRY SYSTEM NO LATER THAN 10:00 PM, TUESDAY, MAY 21. YOU MAY EDIT YOUR ONLINE ENTRIES AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO 10:00 PM ON TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024. FOLLOWING THIS DEADLINE YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL AND DECLARED.

XI. DECLARATION RULE: ALL ENTRIES FOR RUNNING EVENTS AT THE DEADLINE ON TUESDAY, MAY 21, WILL BE CONFIRMED AS ENTERED. EACH CONFIRMED EVENT WILL COUNT AGAINST THE ATHLETE'S MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE EVENTS WHETHER THEY CONTEST THEM OR NOT.

XII. RELAY DECLARATION: Relay teams will be declared on a relay card provided at the meet at the time of event check-in. Six (6) athletes may be listed on the card and any four (4) of those athletes may run in any order. The relay will only count toward the running event total of the four (4) athletes who actually compete. ALL RELAY RUNNERS AND ALTERNATES MUST BE LISTED AS PART OF YOUR MEET ROSTER ON YOUR ONLINE ENTRY. Note that the only way to enter an athlete who is only going to be used as a relay runner is to list them in one of the 8 slots allowed for each relay on the Milestat entry system. DO NOT ENTER MORE THAN EIGHT (8) NAMES FOR ANY ONE RELAY.

  • Note: If an athlete is entered in the maximum number of individual running events at the entry deadline, those running events already count against their event total, whether they run the events or not. An athlete CANNOT scratch from one of those individual events to be eligible for a relay.
  • Example: If an athlete is entered in the 100m, 400m, and 200m at the entry deadline, all three of those running events count and the athlete is at their limit of running events. Whether the athlete competes in all three races or not, they are NOT eligible for any relay races.
