Entries | Each school is allowed 7 entries per event, not including relays. Schools are allowed two teams per gender per relay event. Entries must be completed using the milestat.com entry system. Please adhere to VHSL rules: 3 running events and unlimited field events | ||
Field Events | Field events will begin at 5pm 4 attempts - no finals Athletes MUST check in prior to the beginning of the event and check out prior to leaving for their running event. Girls Shot Put followed by Boys | ||
Running Schedule | Girls will run first, then boys (Slow to Fast) 400m Dash | ||
