Online Registration Instructions
This is a rust buster meet. Only open to Louisa and Glen Allen.
Each athlete will run 2.5k. We will mark every kilometer as well as the mile. It is a non repeating loop. Starts on the track. Spikes are good for the course as it is on grass, gravel, and track.
Girls will run at 5:20 and the boys will follow (no later than 5:40)
Depending on entry numbers, we may divide races into varsity and JV divisions. A time schedule will be sent out the week before the meet.
