PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE NUMBER OF TEAMS THAT COULD NOT MAKE THE NEW DATE WE HAVE AMMENDED THE RACE SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:
Race Schedule (approximate time based on races being completed)
- 7:30 am - Course opens for warm up/packet pickup
- 8:15 am - Coaches Meeting at finish line/course tour
- 9:00 am - MS Boys and Girls 2-mile race
- 9:45 am - Varsity Boys and Girls 5K race
- 10:15 am - Awards presentation

Christian Heritage Academy would like to invite all schools to the first annual Christian Heritage Knights XC Invitational.

Entry Fees:
$75 per high school team of 5 or more. $10 per runner if less than full team. $60 per middle school team of 5 or more. $10 per middle school runner if less than full team. $175 maximum fee per school. Make checks out to "Christian Heritage Academy" and mail to the attention of FL Slough, 625 Glennwood Drive, Rocky Mount, VA 24151.

Awards:
Medals to the top 10 runners in each race (MS boys/girls will be separated) and trophies to the top three varsity and middle school teams.

Directions:
From Roanoke on 220 S, take the third Rocky Mount exit (220 Bus). At the top of the ramp, turn right on Doe Run Rd and immediately turn right on 220 Bus.
From Martinsville on 220 N, take the first Rocky Mount Exit (220 Bus)
THEN follow 220 Bus, take a left at the first light (Scuffling Hill Rd), take a left on the first paved road (Glennwood Dr) and CHA's campus is at the bottom of the hill.
Appropriate attire required for all runners participating. Shirts (uniform tank top or shirt), running shorts/pants, and running shoes (spikes or tennis shoes).
***** Please note: There will be a $5 cash vehicle charge for parking/admission to this event to help offset timer and award costs of putting on the meet. Thank you for your understanding. *****
