ENTRIES: 36 total per school. This is boys/girls combined. Excess
entrants will be removed from the meet. Deadline is 4;59 PM 1/12. Don't miss
it. No substitutions.
BUS PARKING: There is a Parade and Basketball game Meet day.
There is NO parking on Main Street. PerLPD all vehicles will be towed. Buses MUST be parked off grounds per
VMIPD. Tractor Supply and Lowes are the closest bus friendly lots.
TEAM DROP OFF: Entering from South Main-Turn right at light
on Diamond Street then proceed around CPTC to drop off area. After athlete drop
off depart to off site parking lot.
Entering from NorthMain Street turn leftat Daiamond
Street light-follow above procedure.DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION< MAIN OR
DIAMOND STREETS.
When leaving meet do not call for your bus until all of your
athletes are ready to board bus. Be courteous and do not hold up other schools.
PARENT PARKING AND ADMISSION: Turn toward grounds at Diamond
Street light follow signs to parking lots. There are about 100 spaces in 2
lots. Cross the Main Street Bridge then enter through double doors. ADMISSION
is $5 per person. CASH ONLY! There are additional free lots about a 10 minute
walk in Downtown Lexington.PLEASE
REMIND PARENTS THAT THE ONLY SPECTATOR ENTRANCE IS THROUGH THE MAIN STREET BRIDGE
ENTANCE.
COACHES PIZZA: will arrive @ 1:00 PM. PLEASE eat in the room
provided.
MEET PROGRAM WII BE POSTED SUNDAY PM or MONDAY PM on
Milestat.com. RESULTS will be posted live.
SIX PLACES will be scored. MEDALS to first 3 places in all
events.
TIME SCHEDULE POSTED IS APPROXIMATE. A NEW SCHUDLE WILL
POSTED AFTER ALL ENTRIES ARE ENTERED AND MEET IS SET UP.
JUMPING BOARDS: girls and boys Long Jump 9'9". Girls Triple
Jump 24',28', & 32' Boys 32',
36'. In the jumps and shot the seeded flight will receive 4
attempts. All other flight will receive 3 attempts unless an athlete betters
the current7th place mark.
Those athletes earn an additional attempt before moving to the next flight.
ALL races will be contested FASTER TO SLOWER.
TEE SHIRTS will be on sale. There is a limited amount. DRI FIT LONG SLEEVE $35,
DRI FIT SHORT SLEEVE $30, COTTON LONG $25, COTTON SHORT $20.

STARTING HEIGHTS: GHJ 4'4"GPV 7'GPV 7'BHJ 5'4'BPV 9'. Asonly 1/3 has entered
these heights may be adjusted to accommodate the field.
Doors open at 7:30 for Athletes. Have the unseeded 3200
runner check in first. The outdoor track is open for early warm up.
DOORS OPEN FOR SECTATORS AT 7:55.
