This Bay Rivers District Meet #1 at Newport News Park for the following teams:
Lafayette is hosting Grafton and Warhill
Tabb is hosting Smithfield, New Kent, and Poquoson
If your team is assigned to one of these 2 BRD meets and you haven't received the meet password, please email RAMSRUNCOACH@GMAIL.COM.
The meet will be held at the Newport News Park at 13560 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News VA (the meet is near the Newport News Park Horse Arena where Old Stable Road intersects Fort Eustis Boulevard).
MEET INFO:
-There will be a packet with team bibs and safety pins for pickup at the finish line before the meet. Please do not conserve safety pins, ALL athletes need to use 4 safety pins and the number needs to be on the front of the jersey. Not on their back, not on their shorts.
-You should not enter an athlete in a varsity race if they won't be done before the next scheduled race.
-It does not matter which race you enter an athlete in. If you enter an athlete in JV and decide to move them to Varsity or vice versa it will not cause a problem.
-Registration closes 17 September at 8:00 p.m.
MEET SCHEDULE:
Boys' Varsity: 4:30 PM Start
Girls' Varsity: 5:00 PM Start
Combined JV (boys & girls): 5:30 PM Start
