Time: Coaches Meeting 4:00 PM, Field events 4:30 PM, 4x800m relay 4:45 PM

Entry Fee: $275 per school. This meet will be limited to 15 teams. Please make checks payable to ERHS Track & Field. Meet entry fees are due by Friday April 11th. Please mail checks to the following address:

* Entries: Meet entries are due to Milestat by Tues, April 22nd at 11:00p. Teams may enter THREE (3) athletes per event and ONE (1) relay team. Please be honest with entry times/distances to maintain the integrity of seeding. Entries must be submitted on Milestat, no other form of entries will be accepted.


* VHSL participation: athletes are allowed to compete in three running events, unlimited field; only two running events if one is the 3200m.


* Scratches: A competitor may scratch from an event on the day of the meet and still be eligible to compete in other events for which he/she was declared. Athletes declared in 3 events may not scratch an individual event and be added to a relay. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification.


* Implements: Shots and discs will be weighed and verified underneath the scoreboard starting at 3:45 PM. Pole Vault certification sheets are to be filled out and turned in to the official prior to the start of the event.


Facility:
* BRAND NEW 8-lane rubber track, runways, and high jump area. 1/4 inch pyramid spikes ONLY.


* Concrete throwing circles. We also have a BRAND NEW pole vault pit!


* No locker rooms available. Restrooms are located on either side of the concession stand.


* Team tents are allowed outside the competition area. Please do not set up team areas in the bleachers. Team camps can be set up in any of the blue areas on the map below. The school building is off limits for athletes and spectators. In the event of a weather delay, athletes and coaches will be directed to their buses, and spectators to their vehicles.


* Buses: teams can be dropped off at the main gate near the concession stand, then will be directed to park on the practice field in front of the school.


* Admission: $6.00 for spectators. VHSL passes ONLY will be accepted.


* Concessions: The East Rockingham Booster club will offer concessions throughout the day.


* Timing/Results: Triad Timing. Live Results will be available. A link will be provided as we near the day of the meet.


Miscellaneous:
* No changes (except scratches) after the entry deadline. Coaches are responsible for checking their entries prior to submission.

* Long/Triple Jump, Shot/Discus events will be 3 attempts and top 7 will move on to finals for an additional 3 attempts.

* High Jump and Pole Vault starting heights will be determined once entries are finalized.

* Awards: Team trophies will be awarded to the top boys & girls teams upon conclusion of the meet.

* T-Shirts will be available for sale throughout the meet while supplies last.
