Entry Forms:Please submit all entries on Milestat by Monday, November 4th at 12 noon.    

Parking:

Spectator parking: Will utilize the grassy areas beside the buses once it fills up. Spectator overflow parking will be over the hill by the softball fields. 

Bus Parking: Will need to enter the campus on Cavalier drive (Baseball Field Entrance). Follow Cavalier Drive up the hill until you come to Highland Way. Take the right on Highland Way. Once you come to the top of the hill, turn right into the parking lot. PARK IN THE GRASSY AREA BESIDE THE UPPER PARKING LOT. 

Officials:Michael Elkins, Velocity Timing

Scoring/Uniforms:NFHS Rules Book for scoring and uniforms will be followed.

Trophy/Awards:Trophies and medals for the Champion Team. Trophy for the Runner Up Team. Medals will be presented to the top 15 finishers.   

State Qualifiers:Top 3 teams and top 5 individuals (not on one of the top 3 teams) will advance to the VHSL Class 2 Meet on November 16th at Virginia Tech XC Course, Blacksburg, VA. 

Concessions:Concessions will not be available. 

Hospitality:Hospitality will be located close to the start line and available for  coaches, administrators, workers, and bus drivers. 

First Aid:Town of Wise Rescue Squad will be on hand.

State entry form:The paper copy will be in each packet and should be turned in before leaving the course. Each coach will also need to register every qualifying runner online at milestat.com. The paper copies will be sent to the State director as a means of checking online entries.
