Entry Forms:Please submit all entries on Milestat by Monday, October 28th at 12 noon.
Parking:
Spectator Parking: We will utilize the yellow areas beside and behind the buses' parking; with overflow parking at the softball field. The grass areas will be available for parking once the asphalt spots fill up. Please see attached map.
Buses Parking: Will need to enter the campus on Cavalier drive (Baseball Field Entrance). Follow Cavalier Drive up the hill until you come to Highland Way. Take the right on Highland Way. Once you come to the top of the hill, turn right into the parking lot. Drive to the end of the parking lot and let your kids out at the gravel road. PARK IN THE GRASSY AREA BESIDE UPPER STUDENT PARKING LOT.

Scoring/Uniforms:NFHS Rules Book for scoring and uniforms will be followed.
Trophy/Awards:Champion & Runner-Up teams will receive trophies
Championship Team will receive medals
Top 10 individuals will receive medals
Top 10 individuals in each division will be named to the All-District Teams.
Regional Qualifiers: Top 3 teams and top 10 individuals that are not on one of the top 3 teams will advance to the Region 2D Meet on November 6th at UVA Wise XC Course, Wise, VA.
Concessions:Concessions will not be available.
Hospitality:Hospitality will be located close to the start line and available for coaches, administrators, workers, and bus drivers.
First Aid:Kendra Potter, PA-C, ATC of Appalachian Orthopedics will be on hand.
Regional entry form: The paper copy will be in each packet and should be given to Coach James Hamilton before leaving the course. Each coach will also need to register every qualifying runner online at milestat.com. The paper copies will be sent to the Region director as a means of checking online entries.
