Dear LIS/VPL Coaches & AD's,
St. Catherine's & St. Christopher's are excited to host the 2024 VPL/LIS Cross Country Championships at St.
Catherine's Goochland Athletics Campus. The schedule and details are listed below. FYI, we are encouraging spectators to carpool to the event when possible.
Please send contact name and information of ONE VOLUNTEER from your schoolby Friday, October 25th. The volunteer will need to be available from 2 pm-4pm on race day. Send info to jdayton@st.catherines.org and greenj@stcva.org.
Race Time Info:
2:30 pm - Boys' VPL Championship 5,000 meters
3:00 pm - Girls' L.I.S. Championship 5,000 meters
3:45 pm - Combined Junior Race 5,000 meters
4:30 pm - Awards
