*Awards will follow as soon as scores are
tabulated and confirmed.
Entries:Please submit top 7 entries and 3 alternates
for boys' and girls' teams on milestat bynoon the day of the race.The B-race is co-ed and will accept JV
runners.(no limit)
Scoring: We will operate using a chute and numbered
place cards.Please brief any runners not
familiar with this process to ensure scoring can be accomplished quickly and
accurately.We will hand-time and
present times and scores to coaches for verification before finalizing
scores.Results will be posted to
milestat as soon as possible.
Facilities and Parking:
Teams are encouraged to arrive dressed however there
is a locker room available.
Tents are encouraged so we can leave the picnic
tables at the pavilion free of bags and equipment for spectators, those wishing
to eat, and for runners to congregate at before and after races.
Restrooms will be available.
Parking is available for busses by the softball
field adjacent to the scoreboard.
Limited spectator parking for the event is
available near the field for the elderly or disabled. All other spectators are encouraged to find
parking adjacent to the high school.
Food will be provided: Hotdogs, hamburgers, a
side and wings.
Spectators are encouraged to bring chairs.
