Meet Information
Online Registration Instructions
Field Events will start at 3:30pm and Track events will start at 4pm for this meet.
The following is information about Woodberry Mini-Meets. More specific information about each meet will be sent closer to the meet date.
General:Woodberry Forest School is a 400-student, all-boys boarding school located in Madison County, VA.
Facility: Woodberrys indoor track facility has a four-lane 200m track (with six sprint lanes) with all standard field event facilities. Timing and results will be done by Blue Ridge Timing.
Meet Times:Meet start times are chosen to best match up with the schedule demands of our students. We will try to move quickly to make sure the majority of our boys can be finished in time for their evening activities
Entry Fee: There is no entry fee, but acceptance into the meet requires an agreement to provide a field event worker for the duration of the meet. We will need visiting coaches to help run the pole vault(first priority), high jump, long jump, triple jump, and shot. When you submit your meet requests, you will be asked to request a worker(s) assignment. An email will be sent two weeks ahead of your meet at Woodberry that will have a Team Information Form. Please fill this out and submit as soon as you can. We will let you know what our worker assignments look like the week of the meet.
Entries:
Boys: For visiting schools, 3 per individual event. 2 teams per relay.
Girls: 3 per individual event. 2 teams per relay.
Note: Woodberry reserves the right to enter as many athletes and relays as desired by the coaching staff.
2 weeks out of your event at Woodberry, youll receive an email with a password to the meet on MileStat. You will need to turn in entries on MileStat. These are typically due a day before the meet.

Additional Scheduling Notes:
Boys Sections followed by Girls Sections in each event.
We will run the meet based on the order of events, not time. So athletes should be reminded to listen for calls. We will try to give three, but we may not be able to in each case.
Check in for all field events at the staging areas for that event.
Check-in for running events will be at the check-in table. At final call, athletes should come to the starting line for that event.
Field event athletes can check out and back in with the field event official if they are also running.
Special Instructions and Requests:
Coaches, please help us by supervising your team and informing them of the following:
Teams should find an open area of the infield to put their gear, or set up in the lobby.
Coaches should check in at the finish line area, so we know your team has arrived, and to deliver scratches.
Coaches helping with field events should check-in at the finish line area upon arrival.
Spikes may be worn ONLY if they are 1/4 or less - pyramid only.
Uniforms are required of all competing athletes. Shorts, shirts and shoes are required at all times.
The upstairs area of the Barbee Center is off limits.
The finish area is off limits to athletes.
Only water is allowed in the Field House. All other food and drinks may be kept in the lobby area.
Please manage the use of cell phones or other electronic devices in the track area. No athletes should be moving around the track with headphones or engaged on their electronic devices. This is a significant safety hazard.
