2025 Lane Group LLC Middle School All Comers

Coaches will be required to help run field events, hurdle/block crew, and exchange zones for relays.

Work assignments will be sent out on April 13th. This help is greatly appreciated and will ensure that the meet stays on schedule and runs efficiently. 

When entering the meet, you must enter each individual athlete on your team in the events that they will be competing in. Your athletes will not be entered into the meet if you only add your school name to the list.

SANCTION: This meet is sanctioned for Virginia teams.  All athletes must be a current member of their high school team and must be accompanied by a coach from that team. All schools must be a member of a State Association that is a member of the NFHS or an approved association.

Entry Deadline: April 12th at 10:00 PM

Entries: Unlimited entries for both running and field events.

*FIELD EVENTS WILL GET 3 ATTEMPTS, WITH NO FINALS *

Minimums may be added for throwing events depending on the number of entries.

Entry fee: will be $75.00 per team. If you are bringing both boys and girls teams, the fee will be $100.00. Four athletes are considered a team. If you have less than four it will be $15.00 per athlete.

Payments: The entry fee may be mailed to: Central High School c/o Austin Yeary 5000 Warrior Drive

Please make checks payable to Central High School and write Lane Group LLC MS All Comers on the memo line of the check. You can also bring your payment on the day of the meet.

Admission: $5.00

Concession stand is located beside track behind throwing area. General concession items will be offered.

Restrooms are located at the track entrance.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

3:45 - Track facilities open

4:15 - Coaches meeting

4:30 - Boys shot put, girls discus, girls high jump, boys long jump(pit nearest field)

Followed by Girls shot put, boys discus, boys high jump, girls long jump (pit nearest fence)

Running Events:

Athletes report to the bullpen by the 2nd call located at the center of the football field. Finals in all running events. We encourage everyone to take advantage on the online ability to check performance lists and results provided by the timing company.  We WILL NOT be responsible for an athlete that misses their heat. They need to check in and stay in the designated area until after their event. 

 

Running events will begin at 5:30 and will be on a rolling schedule.

- Girls/Boys 4x100 relay

- Girls/Boys 400 meters

- Girls/Boys 800 meters
