Bethel and Norfolk Academy girls, Deep Creek and Bruton boys run away to victories

The 2001 Captain Classic showcased some of top individuals and teams in Southeastern Virginia. Teams that stood far out ahead of the rest were the Bethel and Norfolk Academy girls squads who won the AAA and AA/A girls team titles respectively.
