Location: King William High School
Facilities: 8 lanes, 400 meter, rubberized track
Timing: F.A.T. Times and Scores
Sanctioning: Meet will be sanctioned by VHSL.
Entry Fee: $70.00 per entered team; $125.00 for both boys and girls. Make Checks payable to King William High School Track.
Entries: Entries will close at midnight on April 9, 2010. Late entries will not be accepted. Three athletes per event per school. One relay team per event per school.
Awards: Team Trophies will be awarded to the first place team and the runner-up for each gender.
Top 6 individuals and top three relays in each event will receive awards. Medals will be awarded to the top three performers in each event. Ribbons for fourth through sixth.
Schedule: Meet will be on a rolling time schedule.All runners must check in with the Clerk at first call for their event or be scratched.
Field Events: Four attempts per athlete, No Prelims!!!
Medical: Certified athletic trainer will be available on site.
Additional Information:
Hospitality Room in the Cafeteria 8:00 am. for Coaches. Coaches Meeting 8:30 Cafafeteria.
Field Events begin 9:00 am.
Running Events begin 10:30 am.
Medals should be picked up by coaches at the conclusion of the meet.
No one will be allowed in the infield, except for participating athletes.
