2010 Dominion District Outdoor Track & Field Meet
When: Monday, May 17th & Wednesday, May 19th
Site: Manchester High School/ Lloyd Swelnis Stadium
Cost: $7.00 Per Day
Schedule: Day 1 5/17/2010 - Field Events
Day 2 5/19/2010 - Running Events
Entries: Two (2) per event (a maximum of 6 per school in any one event as long as all athletes have met the minimum qualifying standards). One (1) relay team per event
Time: See Attached Schedule
Awards: Medals to top three; ribbons for 4-5-6
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Entry Limitations: 2 per event, unless they meet the District Standard, then a max of 6 per event may enter, but all must meet the standard. 1 relay team per event
Convert all times to FAT (+.24) NOT Converted entered as NT

Entries Due: Friday May 14, 2010 at 12 Midnight.
USE Direct Athletics to enter your athletes
Scratches: No Coaches Meeting, Call Scratches to 739-6283 by Tuesday, May 18th @ Noon
Uniforms: The uniform rule will be enforced!
All- Academic: Star the athlete, the District form must be attached to your entry. No form, you will explain to the parents. See attached!!!
Regional Entries: Top six in each event advance to Regionals

Boys/Girls High Jump-Cosby
