Dear Coaches and Athletic Directors:

Arcadia High School would like to welcome all to our All Comers Meet. Arcadia High School has a fully resurfaced 8 lane track, 2 LJ/TJ pits, 2 Shot Put pits, Discus Cage and Pole vault pit.  This meet is VHSL and MPSSAA sanctioned meet.

The Cost of the meet is $100 for 1 team/gender and $150 for two teams/genders. Individuals are $25 per person, with 4 or more athletes equaling a team (Individuals must be represented by a high school).  Make checks payable to Arcadia High School with the All Comers Meet name on the memo.

Each team are allowed up to four athletes per event. All marks must be verified, if your athletes do not have a time/mark for an event. Please enter 0.0 for time and 0-0 for field events. All entries must be entered through vamilestat.com. 8th graders/JV permitted, but must be denoted.

Awards - There is a team trophy for top Boys' team and top Girl's Team. 

Admission fee - Admission is $7 at the entrance. Tickets will only be available on GoFan. No cash will be accepted.

There will be concessions.

There will be a designated area for teams to set up. Only 1/4 inch spikes permitted on the track. Coach's packets will be provided during the Coaches Meeting at the building on the southwest location of the track.
