Admission: General Admission - $5.00- This will help with covering the cost of the Awards for the athletes
Coaches Meeting: There will not be a coaches' meeting; coaches will pick up meet program packets in the press box and report any scratches at that time.
Entry Forms: Entries are to be completed using the Milestat online entry system. Click on the link below to follow the directions. Each team can enter 3 entries per individual event and one relay team per relay event. Please make sure on your entries there are times/marks so that athletes get seeded in the proper heats
Athletes will get 4 attempts in the Shot, Discus, Long, and Triple Jumps
Athletes must report to the bullpen in the middle of the field by the 2nd call of their running event.
Athletes need to be clear from the infield if their running event hasn't been called.
- Once an athlete is declared in their events, they cannot compete in any other events during the meet, ie scratch an event if that event was their 3rd running event and then be substituted into a relay.
- They may participate in 3 running and 5 field events.
- Ensure all athletes are aware of the meet schedule and their assigned events.
- It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure the athlete is properly declared to the events in which they will compete.
- The meet referee has sole authority to rule on infractions, irregularities, and disqualifications.
Awards & Scoring: 6 places will be scored on a 10-8-6-4-2-1 point system, and the District will medal the Top 3 places in each event. Team championship trophies will also be presented at the end of the meet.

Passes: The following passes will be honored: Bull Run District, VHSCA, VHSL Coaches Pass, VAASP, VIAAA, VHSL Principals Pass, and working press with identification. The Bull Run District does not accept VHSL State Event passes or County/School ID badges
