Coaches may run up to 9 athletes in the varsity race.  The rest of your team can run in the sub varsity race.

We will have a concession stand and will have t-shirts on sale throughout the meet.

Sanctioning: VIRGINIA SCHOOLS ONLY

The course is mostly grass and rock/dirt trails. Every mile is clearly marked as well as every half mile.

CHIP timing done by Blue Ridge Timing Company.

10:00 varsity boys (top 9)

10:30 sub-varsity girls (unlimited)

11:10 sub-varsity boys (unlimited)

Awards-- medals to top 15 in the varsity race, top 10 in the sub varsity race, trophies to top 3 teams in varsity division

T-shirt--by fine designs.

Concessions: will be available during the meet. We will also the Kona Ice Track on-site throughout the meet.
