SPIRE INVITATIONAL and NVIAC Championships
Location: Third Battle of Bull Run Battlefield, Winchester VA
Join us again for our 10th annual Spire Invitational
This fast 5,000m course on the historic Third Battle of Winchester battlefield, offers a variety of surfaces, including grass, dirt, crushed stone, and small gravel. The terrain is mostly flat with some small rolling hills, providing a nice variety which produces many PRs. Racing flats or rubber-soled XC spikes are recommended.
High school - 5k
Middle school - 2 miles

Awards: T-shirts awarded for top 5 in each division; Plaques for top three teams in each division
Registration deadline: Wednesday, Oct 29 - midnight
Cost:
MS and HS combined:
Small teams (8-15 athletes): $150
Medium teams (16-25 athletes): $250
Large teams (26+): $350
Individuals: $20 per athlete
Cost is based on the number of runners registered, not how many actually compete.

Enter the park through the trailhead.
It is about a .5 mile walk from the parking lot to the tent set up - plan ahead.
No team drop off in the neighborhood.
No parking in the neighborhood - they will tow.
