State MEET FORM Print Off Bring to MEET Filled out, then make adjustments at the meet as needed.
Schedule: The course opens at 8:00 a.m
Coaches Meeting 10:45 at Finish Line Area
Varsity Men 11:00
Varsity Women, 10 minutes after the last male finisher
Awards approx. 12:30 pm at the Finish Line Area
Meet Administration: Blue Ridge Timing
Rules: All National Federation Rules will be in effect, including uniform and athlete conduct
Entries: The school team may enter 10 individuals and race up to 7 in each varsity race. All teams will be responsible for filling out their STATE form before leaving the meet and turning it into the meet director.
Top 3 teams and 5 individuals not on those teams will advance to the state meet in Salem, VA, on Saturday, November 8, 2025
Dressing Space: Athletes should arrive dressed to participate. There are no changing facilities.
Port-a-Johns are available.
T-Shirts: A company will be on-site to print t-shirts. & Concessions
Admissions: $5.00 per person (pre-school free)
