Jefferson District Cross Country Championship 2025

Time Schedule:
1:30: Course opens
2:00: Coaches meeting at the awards stand
3:00: Girls Championship Meet
3:45: Boys Championship Meet
4:15: Girls Open Race
5:00: Boys Open Race
5:45: Awards (at the awards stand near the finish area)
Entry Information: Entries are due by 10:00pm on Sunday, October 19, 2025. Athletes should be entered through MileStat. Please enter any athlete who may run in the meet - we would prefer to have them in the system even if they don't actually run in the meet.
Coaches will declare their top 7 by sending them to the starting line of the varsity races. All other athletes will run in the open races. Blue Ridge Timing does not need us to single out athletes as to what race they will run.
Region 3C qualification: (Western Albemarle, Fluvanna, Monticello) top 2 of 3 teams advance, along with top 5 individuals not on one of the qualifying teams.
Awards will be announced at the stage area after the final race. No awards will be given for the open races.
Parking: please park in the designed areas as you enter the farm property. Handicapped persons needing to park closer to the start/finish area should ask the parking attendants for directions.
There will be a $10.00 parking fee - parking passes can be purchased here: Go fan.co If possible, purchase in advance as cell service may not be reliable at the meet.
Tents: team tents will be allowed on the grassy area near the finish line.
Trainer: Staff from the UVA Runners Clinic will be onsite to provide assistance, as will the CHS school athletic trainer, Carla Betancourt. They will be located near the finish area. A water station will be available by the exit of the finish chute.
