Entries: Each school can enter up to 5 athletes per individual Track Events, 4 per Individual Field Events and 2 Relays per school.
Entry Rules: Athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 running events in one day, except for those competing in the 3200m run, these athletes can compete in 1 additional running event. There are NO limits on the number of field events an athlete can compete in.
This meet will be governed under the rules of the Virginia High School League
