Field Event formats
LJ/TJ - 1 jump then open pit (3 jumps total)
SP - 3 throws
HJ/PV - five alive
Running Event Notes
4x800m will be run concurrently with the 3200m (girls and boys together); if entries dictate that we split, we will run the 4x800m girls/boys together then the 3200m girls/boys.
Relay Notes
4x400m - only the fastest heat will be run in lanes (2-turn stagger); any additional heats will be run on the waterfall.
