Coaches will be required to help run field events, hurdle/block crew, and exchange zones for relays. Work assignments will be sent out on April 10th. This help is greatly appreciated and will ensure that the meet stays on schedule and runs efficiently.
When entering the meet, you must enter each individual athlete on your team in the events that they will be competing in. Your athletes will not be entered into the meet if you only add your school name to the list.

Entry Deadline: Saturday, April 11th 8:00 PM.
Entries: Unlimited entries in both running and field events

*FIELD EVENTS WILL GET 3 ATTEMPTS, WITH NO FINALS *
Uniforms: The NFHS uniform rule will be enforced.
o ALL TEAMS must wear their school-issued uniforms.
o Relay teams must have matching uniforms.
o Spikes - 1/4 inch only
Entry fee: $75 per team. If you are bringing both a boys and girls team, the fee is $100.00. If you have less than four it will be $15.00 per athlete.
Payments: The entry fee may be mailed to: Ridgeview High School c/o Track and Field
**Please make checks payable to Ridgeview High School and write Middle School All Comers on the memo line of the check. You can also bring your payment on the day of the meet.
Admission: $5
Concession stand is located on home side bleachers closest to the school.
Restrooms are located on both sides of the home bleachers.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
3:30 - Track facilities open
4:15 - Coaches meeting
4:30 - Boys shot put, girls discus, girls high jump, boys long jump
Followed by Girls shot put, boys discus, boys high jump, girls long jump
Running Events: Athletes report to the bullpen by the 2nd call located at the center of the football field, near the start finish line.
Running events will begin at 5:00 and will be on a rolling schedule. All times are estimated.
- 5:00 Girls 100 hurdles
- 5:15 Boys 110 hurdles
- 5:30 Girls/Boys 100m
- 6:15 Girls/Boys 1600 meters
- 6:30 Girls/Boys 4x100 relay
- 6:40 Girls/Boys 400 meters
- 7:05 Girls/Boys 300 Hurdles
- 7:35 Girls/Boys 800 meters
- 7:40 Girls/Boys 200 meters
- 8:05 Girls/Boys 4x400 relay
