Entries: Entries must be entered by Sunday, May 10 at 8:00 PM. Teams may enter THREE (3) athletes per event in all individual events and one (1) relay team per school in each relay event. There are no qualifying standards and no additional entries. You will need to submit your entries using the MileSplit meet entry system.

Pole Vault will be contested at Handley High School with day and time TBA, as well as opening heights.

Scratches:  If an athlete scratches from a running event after the entry deadline, that runner may not be added to another event, including relays. No substitutions after the Sunday entry deadline!

Implements: Shots and discs will be weighed and verified at the main building as athletes take the steps to the shot/discus area starting at 10:00 AM.

Participation: VHSL participation limits will be followed (3 running events, unlimited field, 2 running events if one is the 3200m). Final information will be updated here once all team slots are filled.

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Facility: 6-lane newly resurfaced rubber track, runways, and high jump area. 1/8 or 1/4 inch pyramid spikes ONLY are permitted. Concrete throwing circles. Please dress at home. Only restrooms will be open at the field house.

Team Dropoff & Parking: All buses and school vehicles may drop off athletes near the main ticket booth and then must proceed to the parking area at the Sherando Park pool until the conclusion of the meet. Make the first left turn as you enter the school grounds and drop off at the football stadium main gate.

Entry Fee: $10.00 for spectators for an all-day pass. Tickets will be available for purchase on Go Fan using a mobile device, or you can use debit/credit/cash at the gate. VHSL passes only will be accepted-no district or regional passes or school ID badges.

Concessions: The Warrior Club will offer concessions throughout the day. Proceeds benefit the Warrior Club scholarship and athletic funds.

Hospitality: Coaches and meet workers will be served dinner at approximately 4:15.

Coaches Meeting: Scratches only. A field competitor may scratch without penalty. A running competitor may scratch from an event on the day of the meet and still be eligible to compete in other events for which he/she was registered; however, they cannot be entered into other individual events or relays. Again, no substitutions are permitted. Violations of these rules will result in disqualification from the event and the rest of the meet.

Miscellaneous: No changes after the entry deadline of Sunday, May 10 at 8:00 PM since entries will be posted shortly thereafter. Coaches are solely responsible for checking their entries prior to submission! Participants must report to the bullpen by second call. Absence for the third call will result in a scratch for that event. Only athletes in the bullpen are permitted on the infield. All other coaches, athletes, and spectators must remain in the stands.

Three attempts for all field events in flights, top 9 advance to finals for additional three attempts.

High jump starting heights(five alive): Girls 4'4", Boys 5'4" (may be adjusted prior to meet)

Results: Results will be posted on Milestat during the meet.

REGION 4D CHAMPIONSHIPS: will be held on May 26 at Eastern Mennonite University, hosted by Millbrook High School, starting at 1:00 PM.
