10:00 - Middle School Boys/Girls
10:30 - Girls Varsity Race
11:15 - Boys Varsity Race
11:45 - Girls J.V. Race
12:30 - Boys J.V. Race
Awards after the last race
Note: If you enter both the High School and Middle School division then the fee is $100.
Checks made out to William Byrd Track & CC Booster Club.
o Varsity runners must be in 9-12th grades.
o JV runners must be in 8-12th grades.
o Middle School athletes must be in 6th-8th grades.
Course Description: Rolling hills, with wooded trail section. Trail has tree jumps and a water barrier, a true cross country course.
DIRECTIONS: I-81 South towards Roanoke. I-581 South. Go 1 mile, take the Peters Creek Road exit, 2S. Go 0.2 miles and turn right into Northside High School
Entry Fees: To enter your team will need to email Eric Royal at eroyal@rcs.k12.va.us and mail your entry fee to William Byrd High School. ONCE you are officially entered, the fees will not be refunded. Make your checks payable to William Byrd Track & CC Booster Club.
Meet Rosters: Meet Entries must be emailed to Jeremy Woods at jawoods@rcs.k12.va.us by Tuesday, September 28th in the format below with the boys and girls names listed separately. It helps if they are listed alphabetically as well. Be sure to include the name of your school. You DO NOT have to declare who is in your top Seven for the varsity race. All we need is a list of your male athletes with their grade levels and female athletes with their grade levels. (See below). Once we receive your emailed entries we will reply with a confirmation that you are all set.
