Location Meadowood Recreation Area Lorton, VA
Course 5000 meters (5K) on rolling terrain, all grass and dirt trails
Awards Top 3 teams receive plaques and top 15 individuals receive medals in all races.
Parking - $5 per vehicle
Intent Form - Please e-mail the intent form to Robert.Christie@fcps.edu as soon as possible so we can make plans to accommodate each team. Additional information will be sent via e-mail as we receive intent forms.
The ENTRY FEE for each Varsity, JV, and Freshmen team is $40 per team or $190 for a school (total of 6 teams with a maximum of 7 runners on each team). Additional Entries: Beyond 7 JV and/or Freshmen athletes (whether an individual team or school entry) there will be an additional entry fee of $5 for each runner entered. Please enter only those athletes you expect to participate in a race. Send in payment with the OFFICIAL PAYMENT FORM. Make checks payable to:

We will have a limited field of 30 schools. First 30 teams to submit payment will be guaranteed entry.
Online Entry Deadline Each school must submit online entries through www.Milestat.com . Go to calendar section, find the Stampede listing, and choose ONLINE ENTRIES and enter your roster by Tuesday, October 12, 2010.
Packet Pick-up Coaches can pick-up team packets at the white trailer near the finish line.

8:00 am Course opens for review. Pick up team packets.
9:30 am Coaches meeting by finish line trailer
10:00 am Varsity Girls Race (7 runners max)
10:30 am Varsity Boys Race (7 runners max)
11:00 am JV Girls Race (7 runners or unlimited for additional fee)
11:35 am Open Race (Adults 18 and over can register the day of the meet. A signed
waiver form and $10 fee due at registration. Coaches race for free)
12:05 am JV Boys Race (7 runners or unlimited for additional fee)
12:40 pm Freshman Girls Race (7 runners or unlimited for additional fee)
1:15 pm Freshman Boys Race (7 runners or unlimited for additional fee)
Awards Presentation immediately following the last race
Concession Stand - We will have a concession stand serving a wide variety of food items and drinks including hot dogs and hamburgers. Coaches will receive a ticket for a free meal.
T-Shirts We will also have white, short sleeved t-shirts for sale for only $10.
