This meet is have a High School and Middle School Division. Please enter your athletes into the correct division. Middle School athletes are NOT allowed to compete in the High School Division.

Entry Information: All entries MUST be submitted through Milestat. Each school is allowed to enter up 2 athletes per gender in individual events and enter 2 relays, with the "A" Team only allowed to score. Athletes may NOT compete In more than 4 events. To ensure that we have a competitive meet, please enter seed times/performance marks for your entries.

Entry Deadline: Thursday, April 23, 2026 (NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE)

Entry Fees:

$150.00 per High School Team - Boys and Girls Combined

$150.00 per Middle School Team - Boys and Girls Combined

$150.00 per Combined Team - Middle School and High School team with less than 10 athletes

Please make checks payable to - Northern Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association. Check MUST be brought with you to the meet. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL.

Scoring: The team scores of this meet will be as follows - 10-8-6-4-2-1

Timing: Final Lap Timing Group (www.finallaptiminggroup.com)

Volunteers: Each team is responsible for providing at least 1 volunteer to support Field events and moving hurdles. Please email Coach Smith at aesmith750@gmail.com with your area of knowledge

Schedule of Events - 

The meet will be run in the following order (Middle School Division followed by High School Division). This meet will follow a rolling schedule once the meet has begun.

Field Events: We will have an "open pit" for all Field events with the exception of High jump. All athletes will have 4 attempts and finals. Open heights for High Jump will be determined once entries have closed.
