This meet is open to middle school and high school athletes, grades 6th - 12th. It can be used as a season finale or as a final qualifier for post-season competition.

Entries are made via milestat. 

Each athlete is allowed 4 events total (including relays and field events.) 

Teams are allowed 2 relays ("A" and "B") per event per gender.

Each team will be allowed a total of 170 entries to use as they wish and this includes individual running events, field events, and relays. (Each relay counts as 1 event.)  Since you don't have limits on the number of athletes in each of the running events, you can choose to enter athletes in all events or load specific events.  Each field event, however, will have a cap of 4 athletes per team per section: HSG, HSB, MSG, MSB.

**Please note that because of the high entry limits and in order to keep the meet running timely and smoothly, we will limit the number of teams to 12.

There will be no additions or substitutions on race day.

Each team is responsible for bringing their own starting blocks and relay batons.

Only coaches and athletes who are warming up will be allowed on the infield.  No balls or frisbees on the infield and no bikes, scooters, or pets anywhere in the stadium, per PRCS guidelines. 

Results and fully automatic timing with dual Finish Lynx camera systems through Blue Ridge Timing.

Track:  8 lane rubberized, all-weather track surface

Entry fee:   $325 per team; $25 unattached athletes

Payment:  Checks may be made payable to St. Sebastian Academy and mailed to the address below or you may bring your check to the meet.  Athletes will not be allowed to compete without payment.
