2026 Nike Spring Invitational

When: Saturday, May 2, 2026. Running Events will begin at 3:45
Where: South Lakes High School, 11400 South Lakes Drive., Reston, VA 20191
Who: 12 invited teams.
Entries: 1 relay per team in each event, 3 individuals per team in each event.
Entries due: Thursday, April 30 at 6:00 PM. All entries will be made on Milestat at www.milestat.com. Please enter your athletes with realistic seed times to ensure the best competition.
Entry Fee: $400 per school. Please make checks payable to South Lakes High School. Checks are to be
mailed to 11400 South Lakes Drive, Reston, VA 20191: Attn Scott Raczko, Track & Field
Scratches: We will attempt to accommodate substitutions on the day of the meet. Please scratch athletes not competing as soon as possible upon arrival at the meet
Opening heights: BHJ: 5'6"; GHJ: 4'6"; BPV: 8'6"; GPV: 7'0". The flight order will be top-seeded last. 4 jumps/throws per athlete. No finals.
Track events: Section order will be the top-seeded section last.
Awards: Medals to the top six in each individual event and the top 3 in each relay event.
Results: Results will be posted at milestat.com
Concessions: A variety of hot and cold concessions will be sold throughout the meet.
T-shirts: Commemorative invitational NIKE shirts will be sold throughout the meet. $20. Cash only.
