41st ALBEMARLE CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

Saturday, October 10th at Panorama Farms, Earlysville, Va. (3 miles north of Albemarle HS)
Open to first 35 schools to enter. To enter, email bgnagel12@gmail.com to get the password. Registration will close after 35 schools have entered and a waiting list started. There can be no exceptions to this policy as per Panorama's owner's request.
NOTE: Entry fees must be received by 9/1/26 to guarantee your spot in the meet; teams that have not paid by 9/1 will be removed from the meet and teams will be moved up from the waitlist.
Entry Fees: $ 375 for Combined Boys and Girls High School Teams. $225 for Boys or Girls TEAM only.
Time Schedule
- 8:00 am Course Opens. Packets available
- 8:30 am Coach's meeting at Awards Platform
- 9:30 am Girls Freshman 5k (unlimited entries)
- 10:15 am Boys Freshman 5k (unlimited entries)
- 10:45 pm Girls Varsity 5k (teams can enter 8 athletes)
- 11:30 am Boys Varsity 5k (teams can enter 8 athletes)
- 12:00 pm Girls Open 5k (unlimited entries)
- 12:45 pm Boys Open 5k (unlimited entries)
Top 15 Individuals in each race will receive medals.

Final deadline for all runners to be entered will be Sunday, Oct. 4th, 2026 at 8:00pm.
All runners must be entered through Milestat.com. Please enter only athletes that you expect to bring on race day.
Parking Cost: $10 cash, day of race
