This is a 2.5 mile (4K), VA Middle School XC State Qualifying race.

SCHEDULE:
Course Opens at 7:15am
Coaches Meeting 7:45am
Girls Grades 4-5, 1 mile race 8:30am
Boys Grades 4-5, 1 mile race 8:50am
Girls Grades 6-8, 2.5 mile, 4k Race 9:30am
Boys Grades 6-8 2.5 mile, 4k Race 10:00am
Middle School Awards:
School trophies for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place teams
Individual medals for top 15 middle school boys and top 15 middle school girls
Elementary School Awards:
Individual medals for top 5 middle school boys and top 5 middle school girls
Send ENTRY FEE to Frederick County Middle School or pay on race day
Middle School: $175 per team ($88 boys, $88 girls).
Elementary School: $50 per team ($25 boys, $25 girls).
Individual (Unattached) runner: $10, pay on site, prior to 8am on race day.
Free Parking
T-Shirts will be available for purchase on site. (Cash or Card)
Shoe chip timing.
No race day registration.
