Entry Deadlines: Entries are due through Milestat by 5:00pm October 5th, 2026.
Team Packets: Team packets will be available for pick-up at the finish line upon arrival. A hard copy of the course map will be provided in the team packet. Please use the trash bag included in the team packet to collect all trash from your team area.
Recognition: Top 10 for Boys and girls Middle School will be recognized. Top 15 boys and girls high school will be recognized
Restrooms: Limited restrooms are available on site. There are no dressing areas available.
Team areas: There is a large picnic shelter available on a first come first serve basis, but please be considerate to allow space for other teams to also utilize the shelter. Team canopies are acceptable and may be established in the grass adjacent to the picnic shelter, along the tree line adjacent to the river, or between the parking lot and start/finish field. No canopies are allowed inside the start/finish field.
General Admission Parking: To help cover the rising cost of hosting large meets, GWHS will be collecting $5 cash per vehicle (not per person) for parking.

Directions: Follow US-29/HWY-265 (Danville Expressway) and exit via the Dan Daniel Park ramp. From this point, follow the brown Public Boat Landing Anglers Park Signs which will lead you in the opposite direction of the Dan Daniel Park entrance onto Riverpark Drive. Once on Riverpark Drive, turn right onto Stinson Drive and then turn left onto Northside Drive. Anglers Park is located at the end of this road.
