Moments after Stafford's Hannah Lowery breezed to a victory in the Commonwealth District cross country meet yesterday, she took a cool-down jog to her mother's car. With her legs still burning and her lungs still heaving, Lowery changed into her field hockey uniform, slugged a Gatorade and rode from Willowmere Park to Stafford High School.
