Virtual meet preview for the Capital District Indoor Championships predicts the Atlee boys and Lee-Davis girls as team champions. Hurdler and jumper Montasia Golden might be the most valuable athlete for the Lee-Davis girls, but mid-distance runner Tiel Westbrook (pictured above by Ryan Kelly) is not far behind as the second most valuable and talented athlete on their roster. Westbrook had one of her best performances last weekend at Boo Williams with a breakthrough 2:58 PR time in the 1000 meter run.
