Note that these instructions are on the US Portal and you will have to return to your state site to actually find your team and enter the meet.
Entries will only be accepted from the 4 district meets, or a regional standard or state standard in a 10-team meet verified by Virginia Milestat.
The 2011 Northwest Regional Outdoor Track and Field Meet will be held on Thursday, May 26 at Randolph College, Lynchburg, Va. (4x800 relays only) at 5:20pm and on Friday, May 27 at Liberty University in Lynchburg beginning at 10:30AM. The Liberty track will open at 9:00am and the Coaches Meeting is scheduled for 9:45am.
All teams will enter the regional meet through milestat. You may enter either a performance made in the district meet or a regional standard made in a 10-team meet on file with milestat or with a state standard in a 10-team meet on file with both Rod Camden and milestat. If a regional/state standard cannot be confirmed in a 10-team meet on milestat, the entry will be the district performance (or no entry if entering a different event from district).
The top 6 individuals and top 3 relay teams will advance to the state meet. In addition any athlete or relay team with a state qualifying performance which is on file with the Rod Camden will also qualify for the state meet IF you put them on your state entry form.
