The Kellam girls won their second consecutive Beach District title, while the Ocean Lakes boys put an end to Cox\'s three year reign as district champs at the Beach District Championships held at the Sportsplex 5K course in Virginia Beach. Kellam also had to the two individual district champions in junior Tara Connor (19:06.48) and senior Mitch Cooper (15:59.07).
