Region I Meet Summary MileSplit Staff Nov 4, 2004

Courtland cross country runner Trevor O\'Toole likes to keep things simple. He never runs too strong or too light. Not until he has victory in his sights, that is. His practice regimen includes running seven miles a day. He never goes full throttle on those runs, either. His running philosophy has been the key to a turnaround that\'s seen the junior go from 15th in last year\'s Region I meet to first this year. O\'Toole paced himself over the first two miles of the rain-soaked 3.1-mile Loriella Park course yesterday. He took the lead for good going downhill and continued his pace for the rest of the race.
