2011 Region IV Cross Country Championships
Date: Saturday, Nov 5th - Make-up date Sunday, Nov. 6th
Site: Hidden Valley High School, 5000 Titan Trail, Roanoke Va. 24018

Time: Course review 2:00 PM
Coaches meeting 3:00 PM
Girls Championship race 4:00 PM
Boys Championship race 5:00 PM
Awards in the Soccer Stadium
Directions: From Martinsville, take Route 220 N. exit Franklyn rd/Rt 419- turn left at the light. Take 419 north to 221 west, turn left. Get in the right lane, turn right on Pleasant Hill and right on Titan Trail. From I-81, take exit 141 south on Route 419, turn right on route 221, turn right on Pleasant Hill Road, turn right on Titan Trail.
Admission: $5.00 per car or $3.00 per individual T-Shirts and concessions will be on hand

State Qualifiers: Top 4 teams and individuals finishing in the top 15 not on a qualifing team.
Awards:
Championship and Runner-up Boys/Girls team trophies 10 medals- Boys/Girls Championship teams 1st- 15th place medals Boys/Girls individuals
Restrooms: At the Soccer Field/Baseball field/Softball field.
Parking: Busses may drop coaches and athletes off at the soccer field. All Vehicles not showing Handicapped sticker will park in the upper lots as directed.
Camp: Please have your teams set up along the fence in the soccer Stadium -not on the blacktop
TRAFFIC: Let your parents/fans/spectators know, that for the safety of all runners, Traffic will be stopped on Titan Trail and not be allowed to proceed from the time the lead runners crosses the road until the trail runner crosses the road. This road crossing is at about the 3/4 mile mark and the wait could be as long as 5 minutes- have them plan accordingly.
