Sam Affolder (Loudoun Valley)
Sam follows up his XC season award with the indoor track award as well. He finished the season ranked VA #1 in the 1600, VA #4 in the 1K (by just.38) and moved onto the all-time list in both events. He was a part of three huge relays including a national record setting 4xMile and a US #2 all-time 4x800.
