5K for High School Runners

4K for Middle School Runners

LOCATION: Lake Accotink Park

7500 Accotink Park Rd, Springfield, VA 22150

SCHEDULE:

8:00 am Check-In & Walk-thru

8:45 am Coaches Meeting

9:15 am MS Boys

9:20 am MS Girls (5 minutes after MS Boys)

10:15 am HS Boys

10:25 am HS Girls (10 minutes after HS Boys)

11:15 am - Awards Ceremony

FEES:

$10 per runner ($150 per school/club for 30 runners)

$5 per runner after $150 for 30 runners

Chip Timing. Trophies to first place teams for HS Boys, HS Girls, MS Boys, and MS Girls (Additional awards per NVIAC requirements). Medals to top 3 individuals for HS Boys, HS

Girls, MS Boys, & MS Girls (Additional awards per NVIAC requirements).

PAYMENT: Required for all registered runners because of chip timing.

1) Payments should be made payable to FHSAA and mailed to Kay Twaddell at 7786 Tangier Drive, Springfield, VA 22153. Payment must bereceived by Friday, 11/02/18

2) Payment by Paypal is available; send payment to Paypal@fhs-aa.com. If you do this, follow up by email to Kay Twaddell at fairfaxhsad@gmail.com letting her know you made a payment via PayPal.

3) NO RACE DAY PAYMENTS.

4) NVIAC teams can submit payment to Kay Twaddell at the NVIAC meeting on Tuesday 11/06/18.
